with no industrial activities. The sky is clear and the stars
are shining bright. The fact that this property is not in the

property can be divided into 10 ac (4 ha.) parcels which shows
the versatility for use of this land, i.e. group or syndicate
purchase etc.. Homo Sapiens in need of connections to the Internet
have the possibilities, without long-distance fees and with the
choice of several providers. About 1 hour's drive to major supply
city. For hikers, horseback riders and cross-country skiers not
